Hello to all music lovers!
Well if you ask me one thing I can't live without, it will be my guitar and Music. Music has been my soul and fuel for life or I must say Music is life. Many say that music is in-born; however it isn't true in my case. I ain't a born musician, I was oblivious to 'Sa-Re-Ga-Ma-Pa-Dha-Ni-Sa' till I passed my 12th standard. My first real introduction to music was during the time I was preparing for JEE in 2002. I still remember the first day 25th December 2002, when I picked up the guitar for the first time in my friend Amit Chandra's house. Since then there has been no looking back. My four years of hard work finally paid off, when for the first time in the history of IIT Guwahati, its rock band Ichor, made it to the finals of IIT Guwahati annual rock festival - Rock-o-Phonix in Alcheringa, 2007. Ichor finished joint 2nd runners up out of 17 bands participating from across the country.
